The following order conditions of the webshop apply to individuals only.
Products sold by the webshop may not be placed on the retail market. In the case of retail distribution, the related obligations shall be borne by our placing customer.
PRICES, DISCOUNTS
Our customers see our product prices as volume-dependent end-user prices.
The prices shown in our catalogs in our webshop are for information purposes only and include VAT. We reserve the right to change the price.
ORDER (INITIATIVE) – RECONCILIATION – ACCEPTANCE OF OFFER – CONFIRMATION – DELIVERY
We accept an order (initiative) if you add the selected products to your shopping cart in our webshop and then send them with the Initiate Order button. Your personal account manager will contact you within 72 hours (business day) to discuss shipping and billing details.
Until the acceptance of our negotiated offer, you can cancel your order without any consequences. After accepting our offer, there is no way to cancel the order.
We will send you a confirmation within two working days after accepting our offer.
DELIVERY DEADLINES
When ordering quantities in excess of stock, it will take 9-14 business days to purchase the requested products, depending on the product.
Additional time required for delivery (within Hungary, depending on the address and quantity) is 2-5 working days.
DIFFERENCES
The delivered items may differ slightly in color, size and design from those published in the web store or previously delivered.
Our customer is entitled to refuse to accept the goods if the product to be delivered differs significantly from the sample.
We will credit the price of damaged or defective products after returning them to our address at the buyer’s own expense, but we do not undertake to replace the defect at our own expense, due to the high fixed cost and shipping cost per small quantity to be replaced.
PAYMENT TERMS
They are realized by bank transfer or online credit card payment through the Barion system. Credit card details will not be sent to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. Institution supervised by the Magyar Nemzeti Bank, license number: H-EN-I-1064/2013.
| HOME DELIVERY WITH COURIER SERVICE We will deliver the ordered goods to your home after confirming the order. We charge a shipping cost, which we will inform you about when confirming the order. Delivery is typically between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., so please provide a shipping address where you or your agent can pick up your shipment. The courier will try to deliver the package twice, leaving a notification at the specified address in case of unsuccessful delivery. When ordering, you can enter any information that may be important for delivery in the Comment box. For example, if someone other than you is taking over the package, be sure to provide the person’s name and contact information. In the case of a hard-to-find workplace, it is a good idea to give the exact floor and door numbers and a short directions to help the courier get there. |

COMPLAINTS
